Our only charge is to bring these 10 key factors to our client companies, help manage and focus the implementation teams on these key factors and measure the resulting success. We work with a variety of software publishers, a variety of software programs, different implementation vendors but through it all, we've found our methodology improves success probabilities by a factor of 10x.
